Why a subscription service?
Our subscription service makes it convenient to receive a box each week or month without re-entering any information. Our subscriptions is flexible, you can pause or cancel your subscription at any time.
What to expect in your box?
We send you a box packed with high-protein snacks that are healthy to enjoy all day long, a little treat on Friday’s and a surprise or two every month.
How do I know my order was successfully submitted?
You will receive an email acknowledgement containing the order reference number and details of your purchase/subscription. Your order will only be dispatched upon receipt of payment on your chosen day of subscription payment.
What if I miss the cut off time?
If you miss cut-off for orders, you still have a change. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible us at tashia@hartklop.holdings or use the online chat in the bottom right corner of the page.
When will my first box be delivered?
The courier takes 1-2 business days for main centers and 2-5 business days depending on your location.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number when your order have been shipped. If you have further queries please contact us at accounts@myfoxbox.online or use the online chat.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription easily anytime by logging into your account. Please note that if a tracking code has been assigned to your order we cannot provide a full refund.
